1. Property Setup

We record inventory and possessions (for start-up/one-off cases) and note your tenant criteria.

2. Tenant Pre-selection

We screen and interview up to 5 suitable candidates. If none match, we repeat the process.

3. Introduction & Contract

We introduce you to the chosen tenant, offer a tour if requested, and draft a rental contract (ES/EN).

4. Move-in & Move-out

We manage key handover and walkthrough at move-in. At contract end, we ensure the property is returned as received.

5. Property Maintenance

We coordinate necessary repairs and handle communication with contractors. One on-site visit per month is included if you opt in to our maintenance support.

What are the costs for me?

We’re currently offering a special deal for the first 5 landlords: only 50% of the first month’s rent (excluding VAT) for the initial letting. After that, it’s just 50% of the rent for each new tenancy. (Note: inventory and photos are charged separately.)

If you’d like us to handle ongoing issues, we offer a monthly maintenance package at 5% of the rent, which includes one free visit per month when needed. Additional visits and subcontractor work are billed separately.

Need cleaning and laundry after each stay? That can be included in the contract depending on the terms and length of stay.

What rental options can I choose from?

You can set a fixed monthly rent, with or without utilities included. The property can be furnished, semi-furnished, or unfurnished. We support short-term, long-term, and indefinite rentals. Need something else? We’re flexible – just ask.

Can I say no to a match?

Absolutely. You’re always in control and nothing moves forward without your OK.

What kind of tenants do you match with?

I only reach out if someone passes our basic checks — including ID and proof of stable income.

I don’t send you random leads. If I contact you, it means I trust the fit.

Can you work with owners who don’t live in Málaga?

Yes. I regularly work with international landlords and handle everything locally.

Can you also take care of handover and maintenance?

Of course! Whether it’s cleaning, key exchange, or access for tradespeople – I’ll take care of the coordination with people I trust.
